Cardiac Unit
Pioneer has established high-tech Cardiac Unit in April 2019 with specialisation in treating high-risk Interventional cardiology cases, Paediatric Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgeries replete with Cath Lab, Cardiac OT and diagnostic equipment. The Unit functions with “Heart Team Approach” i.e. cases are done in collaboration with Intensivists, Paediatric Surgeon, Neonatologist, Plastic Surgeons, etc. This increases success rate and makes early recovery possible. Preventive care and counselling are focused in the rehabilitating process.
2 interventional cardiologists, CVTS, Interventional Pediatric Cardiologist, technicians and highly skilled nurses work together to provide 24×7 seamless, comprehensive, specialised cardiac care. Our Cath Lab is well equipped to address an array of complex cardiac conditions.
