The unit has well developed Cath Lab, diagnostic facilities such as 2D and 4D Echo, TMT, etc. The OT has been upgraded to conduct cardiothoracic and open heart surgeries as well. By now, hundreds of cases and surgeries have been successfully conducted by the unit.

One of the major initiatives is regular in-house trainings on technical and behavioural aspects and external trainings for eligible staff. As a result, we have been able to develop speciliased teams for “Pediatric Care” and “Cardiac Care”.
Good performing staff is awarded “Employee of the Month” award and “Spot Award” is given to those who have handled emergencies or complex services exceptionally well.
We have also introduced Mediclaim for clinical and non-clinical staff wherein half of the premium is paid by the hospital. “Staff Welfare Fund” has also been started to support staff during financial crises.
Womens Rights Committee has been formed to support the women staff, both clinical and non-clinical in matters at organisational and personal level as possible. Counselling is a significant function of the Committee.
